Wow, I can’t believe I’ve been on Substack for one year already! I started off not sure if this was the platform for me, but I have been pleasantly delighted by this incredible community. Everyone I’ve connected with has been kind, supportive, and open to creative thinking.

P.S. Our next Heart-led Creator Club class will be on Sunday, September 8th at 12pm EST. Save the date for ‘Art for Emotional Healing’. We’ll explore feeling our emotions and expressing them through art. Once we give our emotions form, we can personify, befriend, and speak to these parts.
